Story....... Kota Srinivasa Rao marries twice. He has two sons, Bhanuprasad (Prakashraj) by first wife and Shiva (Srihari) by the second one. Both of them live in two different villages. Because of the animosity between these two brothers, people of both the villages also become enemies of each other. Bhanuprasad's daughter is Bhumi (Kajal Agrawal), while Samantha is Shiva's sister-in-law's daughter. Samantha and Krishna (NTR) love each other. Bhanuprasad had plans to get Bhumi married to his nephew (Ajay). Bhumi doesn't like this match and along with her grandfather (Kota) hatches a plan. They tell Bhanuprasad that Bhumi loves someone else. Bhanuprasad asks them to bring him to the house. Since Samantha and Bhumi are friends, Samantha sends Krishna as Bhumi's lover to Bhanuprasad's house. In the process of rescuing Bhanu from the marriage, Krishna mends the differences between the brothers Bhunuprasad and Shiva. Krishna is also drawn close to Bhumi and captivates her heart.
